1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a jitaace2 account or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein or published on jitaace2.
• You acknowledge that online gaming may be regulated or restricted in certain jurisdictions, and that it is solely your responsibility to ensure that your use of jitaace2 complies with the laws applicable to you in your location.
• You agree that jitaace2 may update these Terms at any time and that your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• You understand that jitaace2 is intended for recreational entertainment purposes only, and that there is an inherent risk of financial loss in all forms of gambling.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of jitaace2 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. jitaace2 takes its age verification and eligibility obligations seriously and enforces them rigorously.

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to register for and use a jitaace2 account. The platform is strictly for adults. If we have reason to believe that a registered account is held by a person under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account pending verification and may permanently close it without refund of any balance.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent or who are under court-ordered guardianship are not eligible to hold a jitaace2 account.
• Single account: Each player is permitted to hold only one jitaace2 account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.
• Self-exclusion: If you have previously self-excluded from jitaace2 or any other gambling platform and your exclusion period remains active, you are not eligible to open or operate a jitaace2 account during that period.
• Staff exclusion: Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of jitaace2, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offer.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of jitaace2 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Registration requirements: When registering, you must provide a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must also confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you accept these Terms & Conditions.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitaace2 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify jitaace2 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@jitaace2.
• jitaace2 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, provided we have taken reasonable steps to protect your account on our systems.
• All information provided during registration and throughout your use of jitaace2 must be accurate and up to date. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent time we consider appropriate, jitaace2 will request identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. We may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is mandatory and cannot be waived. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary restriction of your withdrawal rights.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jitaace2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jitaace2 does not apply currency conversion charges; the amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your account balance, and the amount you withdraw is the amount received via your chosen payment method, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.

Supported payment methods: jitaace2 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of active payment methods is always visible in the jitaace2 cashier.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully KYC-verified accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jitaace2 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one to two hours during standard banking hours.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or for amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
• Transaction limits: jitaace2 reserves the right to apply reasonable transaction limits for security and fraud-prevention purposes. Any such limits will be communicated to the affected player via their registered account.
• No third-party payments: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jitaace2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each individual offer, as well as these general bonus terms set out below. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that particular offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified jitaace2 account. Certain promotions are restricted to new players, while others are available to existing players. Eligibility is assessed per offer and communicated clearly in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Contribution rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, slots, and crash games may each carry a different contribution percentage, as detailed in the specific offer terms. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire if the associated wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically. No extension of bonus validity periods will be granted.
• Abuse: jitaace2 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer and void any winnings derived from it if we reasonably determine that a player has abused, exploited, or attempted to circumvent the bonus system. Prohibited bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to artificially reduce wagering risk, and collusion with other players.
• Seasonal promotions: jitaace2 runs seasonal and event-based promotions including Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and BPL cricket season campaigns. These are offered at jitaace2's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through jitaace2. Specific rules for individual sports, markets, game types, and promotions are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with both the general rules and any applicable specific rules before placing bets or playing games.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is considered confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the jitaace2 platform and a confirmation reference number has been issued to the player. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation, except as expressly permitted by specific market rules.
• Sufficient funds: Bets can only be placed using available real-money or eligible bonus balance. jitaace2 will not extend credit to players. If your account balance is insufficient to cover a bet, the bet will not be accepted.
• Palpable errors: jitaace2 reserves the right to void bets that were accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, market settings, or game parameters — including cases where odds were clearly erroneous relative to the true market price. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Game integrity: All casino games available on jitaace2 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are sourced from internationally recognised game studios. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are as specified by the game provider and are not modified by jitaace2.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or network disruption that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, jitaace2 reserves the right to void and refund the affected bet or, where appropriate, to settle it according to the verifiable state of the game at the time of the malfunction. The decision of jitaace2 in such cases is final.
• Betting limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all sportsbook markets and casino games. Limits are displayed on the relevant game or market interface. jitaace2 reserves the right to adjust limits on individual accounts at any time for risk management purposes.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered jitaace2 player, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and the rights and interests of other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jitaace2:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud jitaace2 or other players, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, payment fraud, or misrepresentation of account information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet, or promotion, including chip-dumping in poker, coordinated sports betting, or organised bonus exploitation.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the jitaace2 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting differences between jitaace2 odds and those of other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("arbing"). jitaace2 reserves the right to limit or close accounts engaging in arbitrage activity.
• Money laundering: Using jitaace2 for any purpose that involves the placement, layering, or integration of funds derived from illegal activity. jitaace2 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward jitaace2 staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social platforms.
• Underage access: Allowing, facilitating, or failing to prevent a person under the age of 18 from accessing your jitaace2 account or using your payment methods to fund gambling activity.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access jitaace2 services in violation of any self-exclusion, account suspension, or geographic restriction that has been applied to your account.

jitaace2 reserves the right to take appropriate action — including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and legal referral — against any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. Winnings and account balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

jitaace2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, responsible gaming concerns, or legal or regulatory requirements.

• Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your jitaace2 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method, provided all KYC and wagering requirements have been met. Bonus balances not yet converted to real-money winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
• Suspension: jitaace2 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of suspected policy violations, security concerns, or verification requirements. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, play games, or make deposits or withdrawals. We will contact you via your registered email address to explain the reason for suspension where permitted by applicable law.
• Permanent closure by jitaace2: Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed, jitaace2 may permanently close your account without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious policy violations, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
• Responsible gaming closure: Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their account closed promptly and will not be subjected to any re-activation marketing communications during the exclusion period. Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jitaace2, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. jitaace2's decision on all matters relating to the settlement of bets, the application of bonus terms, and the interpretation of these Terms is final and binding, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitaace2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. jitaace2's total liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of the net deposits made by you to the platform in the twelve months preceding the relevant event.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on jitaace2, constitute the entire agreement between you and jitaace2 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
